Automatically trigger outbound calls from Pod agents when leads submit forms, sign up, or take action in your apps via Zapier.
Pod integrates with Zapier to help you automate outbound call workflows — for example, triggering an outbound call to a new lead as soon as they submit a form on your website.
You can either:
Some Zapier integrations and all webhook configurations require a Pod API key.
Visit https://www.callpod.ai/dashboard/settings/api-keys
Or from the Dashboard, click Settings → API Keys.
Click Generate API Key and copy it securely. You’ll need this when authenticating Pod in Zapier.
Treat your API key like a password — do not share it publicly.
Visit https://zapier.com/apps and search for “Pod”. Select the official Pod app when creating your Zap.
Choose a trigger app (e.g. Webflow, Typeform, Calendly, HubSpot) and select a trigger event (like “Form Submitted” or “New Contact”).
When you create a Zap, Zapier will ask you to authorize Pod to use your account.
For the action step, choose the Pod app and select Make Call.
Match fields from the trigger to fields required by Pod — like name
, phone number
, or reason for call
.
Run a test to verify the connection, then publish your Zap to go live. From now on, every time the trigger fires, Pod will initiate an outbound call.
