Adding Language Support

Support callers in their native language by enabling multilingual capabilities in your Pod agent.

Language Setup

Pod supports 30+ languages out of the box. If there's a language you'd like to use but don't see listed, reach out to us at support@callpod.ai.

Add Language Support to Your Agent

Select your agent

Visit https://www.callpod.ai/dashboard/agents and select the agent you want to add language support to.

Go to the Setup tab

Inside your selected agent, click on the Setup tab.

Open the Language tab

In Setup, navigate to the Language section.

Choose your language

Select the primary language you want your agent to support.
Tip: If you only need one language, select it here.

Enable multilingual support (optional)

To support multiple languages, select the Multilingual option. Then:

Language Setup
  • Choose the default language
  • Select additional supported languages your agent should understand

Set the voice for native accent

For more natural-sounding responses, go to the Voice tab and choose a voice with a native accent for your selected language.
The dropdown will display the default language for each voice.
