Use the Playground tab or your connected phone number to test your Pod agent after making changes.

How to Test Your Agent

Navigate to the Playground tab

From the Agents Dashboard, select your agent and click the Playground tab.

Activate the agent

Press Activate Agent to simulate live conversations with your agent directly in the Playground.

Call the connected phone number

You can also test your agent by calling the phone number you connected it to. This allows you to hear how the agent behaves in a real call environment.

Important Notes

  • Always save any changes made in the Setup, Knowledge, or Actions tabs before testing.
  • Unsaved changes will not be reflected in the Playground or on live phone calls.
  • Testing regularly ensures your agent is working as intended before going live with real customers.
